Purpose: Analyze the status of research on Perceived Organizational Support (POS) in Latin America between the years 2015-2019. Originality/value: The POS is an element related to the job satisfaction of workers, which helps to understand the relationships between the employee and the employer. Design/methodology: The paradigm is qualitative, the recollection of information was made through a Systematic Review of Literature (SRL) in several free access academic databases, all through a critical reading for the analysis of the data collected. Results: It demonstrates that the POS is an antecedent of the Organizational Commitment, capable of increasing the productivity of the company. Implications: This work represents a link between the academic and business worlds because it can help organizations in the region create mechanisms that allow them to improve their productivity and the quality of life of their employees.Propósito: Analizar el estatus en el que se encuentran las investigaciones sobre el Apoyo Organizacional Percibido (AOP) en Latinoamérica entre los años 2015-2019. Originalidad/valor: El AOP es un elemento relacionado con la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores, que ayuda a entender las relaciones entre el empleado y el empleador. Diseño/metodología: El enfoque es cualitativo y la recolección de información se realizó a través de una Revisión Sistemática de Literatura (RSL), sobre bases de datos académicas de acceso abierto mediante una lectura crítica para el análisis de la data recolectada. Resultados: Se demuestra que el AOP es un antecedente del Compromiso Organizacional, capaz de aumentar la productividad de la empresa. Implicaciones: Este trabajo representa un eslabón entre el mundo académico y el empresarial, porque puede servir para que las organizaciones en la región creen mecanismos que les permita mejorar su productividad y la calidad de vida de sus empleados.
