dc.descriptionPurpose: To identify and analyze the institutional factors of the Uruguayan entrepreneurial ecosystem, its capacity to respond to crises, and to provide a methodology for dealing with them. Design/Methodology: Descriptive and explanatory methodology, with a mixed approach, semi-directed interviews with entrepreneurs, a non-probabilistic survey, and a workshop for exchange with the institutions sponsoring ventures. Results: A self-diagnosis software and a manual of good practices were developed based on detecting the main problems encountered by public and private organizations that support entrepreneurs during the pandemic. Originality/value: It has both practical and social implications. It seeks to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem, provide self-diagnostic tools to improve its performance during a crisis, and develop recommended strategies through a manual of good practices.en-US
dc.descriptionPropósito: Identificar y analizar los factores institucionales del ecosistema emprendedor uruguayo, su capacidad de respuesta a situaciones de crisis aportando una metodología para actuar frente a las mismas. Diseño/Metodología: Metodología descriptiva y explicativa, con enfoque mixto, entrevistas semidirigidas a emprendedores, una encuesta no probabilística y un taller de intercambio con las instituciones patrocinadoras de emprendimientos. Resultados: Se elaboró un software de autodiagnóstico y un manual de buenas prácticas en base a la detección de los principales problemas que tuvieron las organizaciones tanto públicas como privadas que apoyan a emprendedores durante la pandemia. Originalidad/valor: Consta de implicaciones tanto prácticas como sociales. Busca fortalecer el ecosistema emprendedor, proporcionando herramientas de autodiagnóstico para mejorar su actuación en tiempos de crisis, y el desarrollo de estrategias recomendadas a través de un manual de buenas prácticas.es-ES
