dc.descriptionThis paper critically reviews a tendency to apply rules of criminal procedural law and inheritance law in order to limit the standing to sue in cases of multiple victims by rebound through the imposition of an order of priority. The main objective is to defend that such application constitutes a violation of the principle of full reparation, and at the same time, to propose that the solution to the tension between full reparation and the patrimonial situation of the convicted party is found in the evidentiary activity of the parties.en-US
dc.descriptionEn este trabajo se revisa críticamente una tendencia a aplicar normas propias del derecho procesal penal y el derecho sucesorio con el fin de limitar la legitimación activa en casos de multiplicidad de víctimas por rebote mediante la imposición de un orden de prelación. El objetivo principal es defender que dicha aplicación en materia de responsabilidad civil constituye una vulneración al principio de reparación integral, y a su vez, proponer que la solución a la tensión entre la reparación integral y la situación patrimonial del condenado se encuentra en la actividad probatoria de las partes.es-ES
