dc.descriptionIn recent times, urban housing policies have been developed that attempt to address the problem in an integral manner. The objective of this article is to analyze those initiatives conceived under this approach that were launched in the municipality of Bahía Blanca (province of Buenos Aires, Argentina) from different state levels, using qualitative methodology. As the interventions undergo variations and reworkings when implemented in the territory, we want to evaluate to what extent they have achieved that initial aspiration and if they have not managed to get closer to that perspective, observe if the obstacles they encountered are due to limitations of the proposals themselves. itself or to local aspects. The results obtained allow us to corroborate that the comprehensive urban-housing policies applied in Bahía Blanca continue to do so in a segmented manner due to district issues, rather than due to restrictions of the regulations themselves.en-US
dc.descriptionEn los últimos tiempos, se han elaborado políticas que intentan atender la problemática urbanohabitacional de manera integral. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar aquellas iniciativas concebidas con un enfoque de este tipo que se pusieron en marcha en el municipio de Bahía Blanca, provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina, desde distintos niveles estatales, utilizando metodología cualitativa. Como las intervenciones sufren variaciones y reelaboraciones al implementarse en el territorio, se desea evaluar en qué medida han alcanzado esa aspiración inicial y, en caso de no haber logrado acercarse a esta perspectiva, observar si los obstáculos que encontraron se deben a limitaciones de las propuestas en sí o a aspectos locales. Los resultados obtenidos permiten corroborar que las políticas urbano-habitacionales integrales aplicadas en Bahía Blanca continúan haciéndolo de forma segmentada por cuestiones del distrito, más que por restricciones de las propias normativas.es-ES
