dc.description	The text presents an analysis of a special part of the criminal type established in article 138 of the General Law of Urbanism and Constructions, postulating an interpretation of its content of objective injustice that implies the censure of the realization of illegal acts on non-urbanizable properties derived from a subdivision of land, related in this way to the undermining of urban planning, with special emphasis on the development of the aspects of imputation and sanction that derive from its assumption and that are considered more relevant for its practical application.	en-US
dc.description	El texto presenta un análisis de parte especial del tipo delictivo establecido en el artículo 138 de la Ley General de Urbanismo y Construcciones, postulando una interpretación de su contenido de injusto objetivo que implica la censura de la realización de actos ilegales sobre inmuebles no urbanizables derivados de una subdivisión de terreno, relacionada de esta forma al menoscabo de la planificación urbanística, con especial énfasis en el desarrollo de los aspectos de imputación y de sanción que derivan de su asunción y que se consideran más relevantes para su aplicación práctica.	es-ES
