dc.descriptionIt is hypothesize in this text that the rapidity and importance of the alterations produced in the global financial landscape are such that they situate the States increasingly powerless to control the global economic order. Against this, states that the International Monetary Fund serves tighten the  plugs of the poor or alleviate certain local crises, but it closes its eyes to the rapid expansion of the global financial bubble, creating risk and social polarization that affects all of society. This situation demands for approaches and for a social pressure that can alter the link between power and money. He finally offers an analysis of the financial bubble in order to explain the global economic crisis.en-US
dc.descriptionSe postula en este texto que la rapidez y la importancia de las alteraciones producidas en el panorama financiero mundial son de tal magnitud que vuelven a los Estados cada vez más impotentes para controlar el orden económico planetario. Frente a esto, señala que el Fondo Monetario Internacional sirve para apretar las clavijas a los pobres o para paliar ciertas crisis locales, pero cierra los ojos ante la acelerada  expansión de la burbuja financiera mundial, generando un riesgo y una polarización social que afectan al conjunto de la sociedad. Esta situación exige contar con enfoques y con una presión social capaz de alterar el vínculo entre poder y dinero.
