dc.description	The author argues that the local place and globalization -the two major ongoing trends in which the text deepens- respond to technological changes and demand the adoption of innovative processes and structures. Against the prevailing tecnosystem, the author proposes a new humanist culture; and on the face of the negative trends of globalization proposes a new action from the local places that can nurture freedom, responsibility, participation, diversity and pluralism, and the emergence of a freer new citizenship, more responsible and more involved in the public processes.	en-US
dc.description	El autor sostiene que la lugarización y la globalización –las dos grandes tendencias actuales en las que el texto profundiza- obedecen a cambios tecnológicos y demandan la adopción de procesos y estructuras novedosas. Frente al tecnosistema imperante, el autor propone una nueva cultura humanista; y frente a las tendencias negativas de la globalización propone una nueva acción desde los lugares que alimente la libertad, la responsabilidad, la participación, la diversidad y el pluralismo, y el surgimiento de una nueva ciudadanía más libre, más responsable y más involucrada en lo público.	es-ES
