dc.description | A new form of organizing the educational system is stated and some of their advantages and fundamental challenges are analyzed. Understanding education as a complex system, the category of indirect educator and of educators of high excellence and quality is introduced, whom do not participate directly in the classroom, but determine the specific educational activity which takes place in it. The presence of the indirect educators in the classroom involves the reorganization of the educational system and the incorporation of the new technologies of information and communication (NTICs). It also implies re-evaluating the role of the professor within the educational system in general as well as in the classroom. | en-US |
dc.description | Se plantea una nueva forma de organizar el sistema educacional y se analizan algunas de sus ventajas y desafíos fundamentales. Entendiendo la educación como un sistema complejo, se incorpora la categoría del educador indirecto y de educadores de alta excelencia y calidad, que no participan directamente en el aula, pero que determinan la actividad educativa concreta que se da en ella. La presencia de los educadores indirectos en el aula involucra la reorganización del sistema educacional y la incorporación de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y comunicación (NTICs). Implica también reevaluar el rol del profesor en general dentro del sistema educacional así como en el aula. | es-ES |
