dc.descriptionThis article proposes the concept of hyperhistoricity, as a particular phenomenon between the subject and its relationships with time and history. The modern Western subject, when looking back at his accelerated and relevant actions during the 19th and 20th centuries, shows signs of developed a “hyperhistoricity”, where he conceives –perhaps apparently– that each event of the accelerated present is inscribed in a long-term historical process, thanks to the breadth and transversality of the concept of historicity. Thus, the hyperhistorical subject has a multiplicity of instances to think about the historicity of facts, and the historicity of itself; in an era of global and instant availability of information. This supposes an historiographical and political challenges to articulate an historical account that overcomes the preponderance of the present. The proposal also attempts to open the discussion for the case of recent Chile.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo tiene por objeto proponer el concepto de hiperhistoricidad, como un fenómeno particular entre el sujeto y sus relaciones con el tiempo y la historia. El sujeto occidental moderno, al mirar en retrospectiva su acelerado y relevante accionar durante los siglos XIX y XX, da muestras de haber desarrollado una “hiperhistoricidad”, donde este concibe ‒tal vez de forma aparente‒ que cada hecho del acelerado presente está inscrito en un proceso histórico de largo aliento, gracias a la amplitud y transversalidad del concepto de historicidad. Así, el sujeto hiperhistórico posee una multiplicidad de instancias para pensar la historicidad de los hechos y la historicidad de sí mismo, en una época de disponibilidad global e instantánea de la información. Esto supone desafíos historiográficos y políticos para articular un relato histórico que supere la preponderancia del presente. La propuesta también intenta abrir la discusión para el caso del Chile reciente.es-ES
