dc.descriptionResearch groups are the units for generating scientific knowledge in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). They are a key element for strengthening the Regional Innovation Systems (SRI). The department of Cauca (Colombia) has a significant number of this type of organization, with a long history and experience. However, there are gaps in the articulation between researchers and innovation processes. A qualitative phenomenological research was carried out to analyze the innovation management processes in these groups.en-US
