The essay addresses the socio-cultural implications of the sex-politics of the normative ideal promoted by the patriarchal-colonial backlash for sexual diversity and dissidence in Chile through the analytical potential identified in the notion of "rebound effect". In the light of socio-empirical and socio-theoretical sources, the essay focuses on the demystification of the assumptions of the "soft coup" hypothesis, mobilized by ultra-right-wing actors in academic and communicational media to explain the emergence of the Chilean October uprisings. It is concluded that the performativity of the enunciative acts that adhere to the studied object stimulates the managerial reproduction of the conditions of inequality (anti-LGBTIQ+ and anti-gender) qua semantics of rectification.El ensayo aborda las implicaciones socio-culturales de la sexopolítica del ideal normativo promovido por el backlash patriarco-colonial para la diversidad y disidencias sexogenéricas en Chile a partir el del potencial analítico identificado en la noción de “efecto rebote”. A la luz de fuentes socio-empíricos y socio-teóricas, el ensayo se concentra en la desmitificación de los presupuestos de la hipótesis del “golpe blando”, movilizada por actorías de ultraderecha en medios académicos y comunicacionales para explicar la emergencia de las revueltas del octubre chileno. Se concluye que la performatividad de los actos enunciativos que adhieren al objeto estudiado estimula la reproducción gerencial de las condiciones de desigualdad (anti-LGBTIQ+ y anti-género) qua semántica de la rectificación.
