| dc.description | This paper seeks to bring light to certain clues that will allow, in a coherent fashion, to establish an explanation of the wide influence the United States exterior policy exercises towards Latin America; understand the ethos that surrounds the habit and generates the tradition. But when the time comes for inferences, we must clearly set up the question if there is connection between the hypothesis or justifications of the National Security Doctrine with a predisposition to ethnocentric hegemony in the ways that political, social and cultural relations are carried out; beyond its economic determinism, hemispherically speaking. Finally this preliminary paper looks to find out if the optimism of a moral correlation, by far much more superior to the United States military policy, has any hope or possibility. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo busca develar algunas claves que permitan, de manera coherente, establecer una génesis de los alcances de la política exterior de EE.UU hacia Latinoamérica; entender el ethos que envuelve la costumbre y que genera la tradición. Sin embargo a la hora de inferir, hay que plantearse claramente como interrogante si existe un cruce en las hipótesis o justificaciones de la Doctrina de la Seguridad Nacional, con una predisposición en el etnocentrismo hegemónico con el que se conducen las relaciones en lo político, social y cultural; además de su determinismo económico en términos hemisféricos. Y finalmente estudiar si tiene alguna posibilidad el optimismo de una correlación moral inmensamente superior a la política militar de EE.UU. | es-ES |
