dc.descriptionThis paper presents a complementary view of transformative constitutionalism. Based on the characterization of the situation of social leaders and human rights defenders in Colombia, as well as the experience of the Municipal Constituent Assembly of Mogotes, it will be proposed that to achieve democratic and deliberative openness, greater incursions of the communities into the structures of the State, from the territories, such as, for example, through the mechanism of leadership networks described here. This view from below and outside the judicial bench recognizes the potential of the community as a transcendental element of transformative constitutionalism.en-US
dc.descriptionEn este escrito se presenta una visión complementaria del constitucionalismo transformador. A partir de la caracterización de la situación de líderes y lideresas sociales defensores de Derechos Humanos en Colombia, así como de la experiencia de la Asamblea Municipal Constituyente de Mogotes. Se planteará que para lograr la apertura democrática y deliberativa debe permitirse mayores incursiones de las comunidades en las estructuras del Estado, desde los territorios, como por ejemplo mediante el mecanismo de las redes de liderazgo acá expuesto. Esta visión desde abajo y fuera de los estrados judiciales, reconoce el potencial de la comunidad como elemento trascendental del constitucionalismo transformador.es-ES
