dc.description	In the context of cities that grow, change, and miraculously survive exclusion, entropy and the multiple temporalities that inhabit them, the author arises the purpose of deconstructing two ghosts that cross Latin American cities, drug and violence. From this attempt emerge as strong conjectures that the ghost creates a gap between the perception of a problem and its real magnitude, that it has a political use for social control purposes and also for global hegemony; that operates as a displacement of insecurity and of replacement from Cold War to war on drugs. And finally, operates stigmatizing sectors of the population.	en-US
dc.description	En el contexto de ciudades que crecen, cambian, se desestructuran y milagrosamente sobreviven a la exclusión, la entropía y las múltiples temporalidades que las habitan, el autor se plantea deconstruir dos fantasmas que recorren las ciudades latinoamericanas,el de la droga y de la violencia. De este intento surgen como conjeturas fuertes que el fantasma marca una brecha entre la percepción de un problema y la magnitud del mismo en los hechos; que tiene un uso político con fines de control social y también de hegemonía global; que opera como desplazamiento de la inseguridad y como relevo desde la guerra fría a la guerra a las drogas. Y finalmente, opera estigmatizando a grupos de población.	es-ES
