This article analyzes the phenomenon of the exhibition of Internet users' intimacythrough blogs, photoblogs, webcams, YouTube and Facebook. These novelties are examined as symptoms of some transformations in subjectivities, concerning a disruption in the typically modern ways of being and living in the world. The axis around which subjectivities are built is tilting away from the "psychological interior" towards an increasing "outwardness" of the self. In a culture driven by the imperative of visibility, the cult of the appearance and the search for celebrity, the old interiorized essences are fading. Thus, to be somebody, people have to show themselves spectacularly. As an effort to rescue the lost authenticity, each person exhibits, on the body surface (and on the screens) the attractive character he or she wants to be.    Este artículo analiza el fenómeno de exhibición de la intimidad de los usuarios de Internet a través de herramientas como blogs, fotologs, webcams, YouTube y Facebook. Esas novedades se examinan como síntomas de una transformación en las subjetividades, una ruptura con respecto a las formas típicamente modernas de ser y estar en el mundo. Ahora se estaría desplazando el eje alrededor del cual se edifican las subjetividades, con cierto declive de la “interioridad psicológica” y una creciente “exteriorización” del yo. En una cultura propulsada por el imperativo de la visibilidad, el culto a las apariencias y la búsqueda de celebridad, las viejas esencias interiorizadas se desvanecen y hay que mostrarse espectacularmente para ser alguien. Como una tentativa de rescatar esa autenticidad perdida, se exhibe en la superficie corporal (y en las pantallas) el personaje atractivo que cada uno desea ser.
