| dc.description | This paper analyzes the concrete control of constitutionality by the German Federal Constitutional Court when a lower court raises the issue of unconstitutionality. Known as Richterklage, this mechanism centralizes the review process, avoiding conflicting decisions within the German judiciary, unlike the diffuse control system. The study, though introductory, suggests reevaluating the Brazilian mixed model, which can result in divergent decisions and legal uncertainty until the Federal Supreme Court resolves the matter. | en-US |

Conocido como Richterklage, este mecanismo centraliza el proceso de revisión, evitando decisiones contradictorias dentro del poder judicial alemán, a diferencia del sistema difuso.
