| dc.description | This article aims to delimit the legal framework of public law applicable to the institutions that are part of the so-called “invisible administration of the State”. The doctrine uses this concept to refer to those private entities such as associations, corporations and foundations that are generally constituted in accordance with the common rules of the Civil Code, but that fulfill public functions and are partially or totally financed with public funds, so they are “invisible” for the purposes of administrative law. | en-US |
