This paper seeks to analyze the discoordination between environmental law and urbanistic regulation, following the relationship between the protection of wetlands and building permits. Additionally, it seeks to analyze and critique the state of the jurisprudence which, with the intent of solving the discoordination, ends up employing an unsure interpretative method, weakening the mandatory force of rules in law. The end proposal is to solve regulatory issues by recognizing and addressing the characteristics of each individual sector. El presente trabajo busca analizar la descoordinación entre el derecho ambiental y el derecho urbanístico a partir de la relación entre la protección de humedales urbanos y la aprobación de permisos urbanísticos. Además, pretende analizar y criticar la jurisprudencia mayoritaria que, con la finalidad de resolver la descoordinación, recurre a un método interpretativo dudoso que produce dificultades importantes, debilitando la fuerza de las reglas jurídicas. Se propone que los problemas regulatorios deben resolverse mediante reformas que partan de un reconocimiento inicial de las particularidades de cada sector de referencia.
