This article posits that throughout history of thought there has been a fascination with the creative capacity, and is considered a distinctive faculty through which individuals and societies can expand their possibilities beyond what exists; and further develops the hypothesis of three ascending levels of creativity that in turn contain three "methodologies" for their development. These levels are: techniques of creative learning, paradigm shift, and the journey inside oneself.Se postula en este artículo que existe a lo largo de la historia del pensamiento una fascinación por la capacidad creativa, considerándosela una facultad distintiva a través de la cual los individuos y las sociedades pueden expandir sus posibilidades más allá de lo existente, y se desarrolla la hipótesis de tres niveles ascendentes de creatividad que contienen a su vez tres “metodologías” para su desarrollo. Estos niveles son: las técnicas de aprendizaje creativo, el cambio de paradigma y el viaje al interior de uno mismo.
