| dc.description | The origin of this research is the elaboration of a dictionary of Anglicisms of the Spanish of the United States. In order to incorporate anglicisms of recent introduction in the US Spanish, we proceeded to the search of messages emitted in the social network Twitter gathering a great corpus of messages that, through the application of successive filters, allowed to obtain a final relation of more than 500 candidates of anglicisms that could be incorporated into the dictionary. This paper provides a contextualized analysis of a list of candidates to anglicisms elaborated by the application of a search method in the corpus. This analysis allows to make decisions about which anglicisms can be incorporated into the dictionary and which cannot, according to the purposes of the lexicographical repertoire. Moreover, the linguistic analysis of the forms finally selected for its inclusion into the dictionary reveals the profile of the anglicisms that are being introduced in US Spanish, in their orthographic, grammatical and lexical-semantic dimension. | en-US |
| dc.description | El origen de esta investigación está en la redacción de un diccionario de anglicismos del español de los Estados Unidos. Con el fin de incorporar anglicismos de reciente introducción en español, se procedió a la búsqueda de mensajes emitidos en la red social Twitter reuniendo un gran corpus de mensajes que, mediante la aplicación de filtros sucesivos, permitieron obtener una relación final de más de 500 candidatos de anglicismos que podrían ser incorporados al diccionario. Este estudio ofrece un análisis contextualizado de la relación de candidatos a anglicismos elaborada mediante la aplicación de un método de búsqueda en el corpus. El análisis permite tomar decisiones sobre qué anglicismos pueden incorporarse al diccionario y cuáles no, de acuerdo a los fines del repertorio lexicográfico. Asimismo, el análisis lingüístico de las formas seleccionadas finalmente para su incorporación al diccionario revela el perfil de los anglicismos que se están introduciendo en el español estadounidense, en su dimensión ortográfica, gramatical y léxico-semántica. | es-ES |
