En este trabajo se busca definir este derecho, su concepto, fundamento y fuentes de derecho internacional, europeo y americano, pues desde distintos foros se viene reivindicando como un derecho social fundamental para la garantía de los derechos civiles y políticos. También se analiza el denominado derecho a la renta básica como un mecanismo para hacer efectivo el derecho a un mínimo vital, así como su justificación y las posibilidades de su puesta en práctica. | es-ES |
