| dc.description | Desde hace décadas, con la firma de distintos mecanismos internacionales en materia de igualdad de género, los países miembros de Naciones Unidas han puesto en marcha diversas estrategias para el adelanto de las mujeres, entre ellas, el diseño y la aplicación de acciones afirmativas. Sin embargo, aún cuando ha habido, avances significativos en los ámbitos laborales, familiares y sociales, en algunos países, como es el caso de México, aún con la implementación de dichas acciones, en el imaginario colectivo persisten los estereotipos de las identidades sexo-genéricas tradicionales y desiguales. Si bien, existen diversas causas para esto, este texto trabaja desde el enfoque de cómo el diseño de las acciones afirmativas para la igualdad de género, a través de los mensajes que recibe la ciudadanía, contribuyen a la persistencia de dichos estereotipos de género. Esta propuesta pretende visibilizar un aspecto del diseño de las políticas públicas para la igualdad de género, y proponer algunos debates y líneas de acción que vayan encaminados a diseñar políticas públicas que generen sociedades igualitarias, deconstruyendo las categorías tradicionales sexogenéricas para que las diferencias biológicas no continúen siendo causa de desigualdad social, en este contexto, desde el diseño de las políticas públicas. | es-ES |
| dc.description | For decades, with the signature of various international mechanisms on gender equality, member countries of the United Nations has launched several strategies for the advancement of women, including the design and implementation of affirmative actions. However, even though there has been significant progress in labor, family and social spheres, in some countries, as the case of Mexico, even with the implementation of these actions, the collective imagination remainswith stereotypes of traditional sex-generic identities and inequities. Even though there are various reasons for this, this article works from the perspective which sees the design of affirmative actions for gender equality actions, contributing to the persistence of gender stereotypes through its messages to citizens. This proposal aims to make visible an aspect of the design of public policies for gender equality, propose some debates and lines of action that lead to the design of new public policies that create equitable societies, deconstructing traditional categories, so that, sex-generic biological differences do not remain the reason of social inequality, in this context, from the design of public policies. | en-US |
