| dc.description | El tiempo y el derecho guardan una relación poco explorada por razones históricas y el predominio de un régimen de historicidad presentista. Este artículo pretende evidenciar el problema y justificar la vuelta del tiempo al derecho mediante una vía interdisciplinaria. Desde un punto de vista conceptual, se ofrecen distintas maneras de entender el tiempo; a partir de uno práctico, se piensa el tiempo como una herramienta con la que puede contar el historiador del derecho en su labor. Con todo, el presente texto se centra en cuestiones introductorias y generales a modo de rudimento para abordar el problema en investigaciones futuras. | es-ES |
| dc.description | Time and law have an unexplored relationship for historical reasons and the predominance of an historicity presentist regime. This article aims to highlight the problem and justify time returning back to law through an interdisciplinary approach. From a conceptual point of view, this paper offers different ways to understand time. From a practical point of view, time is considered a tool on wich law historians can count. However, this text focuses on introductory and general issues as a rudiment for a future research. | en-US |
