| dc.description | El presente artículo avanza sobre una categorización de los conceptos de Justicia Ambiental que permita una mejor comprensión del mismo, para dar una lectura, desde dichos conceptos, de la Evaluación de Desempeño Ambiental de Chile (2016) realizada por la OCDE. El trabajo pretende, por una parte, hacer más concretas las pretensiones de la Justicia Ambiental, mostrando cómo desde una visión desarrollista de política pública es posible de todas maneras empujarla. Por otra parte, la integración del concepto de Justicia Ambiental a las recomendaciones de la OCDE, pretende dotarlas de un mayor sentido y consistencia. Por último, el tratamiento que se le da a dichas recomendaciones supone desnudar situaciones de injusticia ambiental en la configuración social y normativa actual de nuestro país. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This paper works on the classification and explanation of different concepts of Environmental Justice, in order to make them more easy to pair with the public policy recommendations than the OECD gave to Chile in it Environmental Performance Review (2016). On one hand, this paper pretends to give more concrete destiny to Environmental Justice, by finding it as a part of the recommendations of a rather liberal organization, like OECD. On the other hand, integrating environmental justice into these advices, pretends to give them more sense and consistency. Lastly, with the analysis of the Performance Review, this paper reveals situations of environmental injustice related with reality and regulation in Chile. | en-US |
