| dc.description | Recognizing the importance of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals, the present paper delimits its field of study to the legal background and perspectives of the chilean sustainable consumption and production (SCP). The first section develops the legal background, indicating the international legal framework of the SCP. In addition, it provides a rapid overview of the dimensions of the 2030 Agenda in this area. In terms of perspectives, the second section of the article analizes the sustainable public procurement as a type of SPS programme, presenting its current legal status. Finally, taking into account the european union legislation, it presents a series of areas that reveal regulatory challenges for the sustainable public procurement in Chile. | en-US |
| dc.description | Reconociendo la trascendencia de la Agenda 2030 y sus 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, el presente artículo delimita su ámbito de estudio a los antecedentes y perspectivas normativas del consumo y producción sostenible (CPS) en Chile. La primera parte da cuenta de los antecedentes, exponiendo el contexto normativo internacional a partir del cual surge la regulación de las modalidades de CPS. En seguida, se desarrollan someramente los alcances de la Agenda 2030 en esta materia. En cuanto a las perspectivas, la segunda parte del trabajo analiza la contratación pública sostenible como una especie de modalidad de CPS, presentando su estado normativo actual. Finalmente, a partir de los avances de la legislación comunitaria europea en esta área, se presenta una serie de aspectos que revelan desafíos regulatorios a nivel nacional. | es-ES |
