| dc.description | En las primeras décadas del siglo XX, las ciudades argentinas comenzaron a cambiar debido a los nuevos modos de construir y al surgimiento de nuevas necesidades, que repercutieron en las formas de habitar y concebir los espacios. Se planteó un rechazo a la arquitectura del siglo XIX y surgió un repertorio de soluciones tan innovadoras que revolucionó el diseño arquitectónico hasta el presente. A partir del estudio de material planimétrico y fotográfico de los ejemplos de la Primera Modernidad (1935-1950) en San Miguel de Tucumán, se elaboró un cuerpo de conocimiento que se confrontó con datos de la historia local, dando como resultado el registro de un período peculiar de la historia de la ciudad. Este conjunto de obras, ubicadas en su mayoría en el área central de San Miguel de Tucumán, conforma un patrimonio arquitectónico no reconocido que debe ser difundido y merece ser valorado por la sociedad con el objeto de ser preservado para las futuras generaciones. | es-ES |
| dc.description | In the early decades of the twentieth century, cities in Argentina began to change due to new building methods and the emergence of new needs, which had repurcussions on the ways of living in and conceiving spaces. This involved an open rejection of nineteenth century architecture and the appearance of a repertoire of solutions so innovative that they have revolutionized architectural design to the present day.Based on the study of planimetric and photographic documentation of the examples of First Modernity (1935-1950) in San Miguel de Tucumán, a body of knowledge was brought together that confronted data from local history, resulting in new records of a strange period in the history of city. This body of work, mainly located in the central area of San Miguel de Tucumán, forms an unrecognized architectural heritage that must be made known and deserves to be valued by society in order to be preserved for future generations. | en-US |
