| dc.description | In this article, we will make an approach to the reception of Albert Camus thought and figure in theChilean cultural field during the first postwar years. Its reception was an important phenomenon for thearticulation and consolidation of several cultural projects that focus their attention in Frenchexistentialism, intellectual atmosphere from which we can’t separate the circulation of Camus’ works inthe region. In this sense, we have chosen to work following what it’s known in intellectual history as “theproblem of reception”, considering as primary sources the cultural magazines of the time, the mostimportant devices in which the existentialist reception materialized in this first postwar years. | en-US |
| dc.description | En este artículo abordaremos la recepción del pensamiento y de la figura de Albert Camus en el campo cultural chileno durante los primeros años de posguerra. Su recepción fue un fenómeno importante en la articulación y consolidación de diversos proyectos culturales que centraron su atención en el existencialismo francés, clima intelectual del cual no puede separarse la circulación de la obra de Camus en la región. En este sentido, se ha optado por trabajar la recepción de su obra al alero de lo que se entiende en historia intelectual como “el problema de la recepción”, considerando como fuentes de trabajo a las revistas culturales de la época, principales dispositivos en los que la recepción existencialista se materializó durante los primeros años de posguerra. | es-ES |
