| dc.description | Thinking from the failure means that systemic innovations come from the plexus of the negative thinking in modern tradition. Based on this premise, we analyze three approaches considering self-observation as a cognitive logic of deficit: Heidegger, Habermas and Luhmann. We built an analytic filter based on these authors to show failures in public policies, and to provide a basis for innovations tackling current gaps and challenges of Chilean social agenda. | en-US |
| dc.description | Pensar desde la falla, significa asumir que las innovaciones sistémicas se encuentran dentro del plexo del pensamiento negativo en la tradición moderna. Partiendo desde esa premisa, analizamos tres enfoques que consideran esa auto observación como lógica cognitiva del déficit: Heidegger, Habermas y Luhmann. Construimos un filtro analítico basado en esos autores para mostrar fallas en las políticas públicas y para servir de fundamento al realizar innovaciones que respondan, de mejor modo, a las actuales brechas y desafíos de la agenda social de Chile. | es-ES |
