| dc.description | Nos proponemos repensar las relaciones de género desde la filosofía hermenéutica de Hans-Georg Gadamer. En su obra, Verdad y Método, el filósofo alemán plantea la búsqueda de consensos frente a la incomprensión que caracteriza las relaciones humanas; apuesta por un diálogo auténtico que, anclado en una conciencia formada hermenéuticamente, tienda puentes entre la diversidad de sentidos. El género, entendido como una estructura social que se reproduce en las relaciones, considerará a hombres y mujeres en las estrategias de superación de las desigualdades. Desprendemos de los planteamientos gadamerianos una apuesta por la comunicación entre mujeres y hombres, que considere las condiciones que lo harán posible, para generar el entendimiento y llegar a acuerdos de mejor convivencia. Se concluye que los planteamientos del pensador pueden contribuir a los estudios de género, incorporando uno de sus principales límites: el poder y su desigual distribución entre hombres y mujeres. | es-ES |
| dc.description | We propose to rethink gender relations from the hermeneutical philosophy of Hans-Georg Gadamer. In his work, Truth and Method, the german philosopher raises the search for consensus against the incomprehension that characterizes human relationships; bet on an authentic dialogue that, anchored in a hermeneutically formed consciousness, bridges the diversity of senses. Gender understood as a social structure that is reproduced in relationships, will consider men and women in the strategies of overcoming inequalities. We take away from gadamerian proposals a commitment to communication between women and men, that considers the conditions that will make it possible, to generate understanding and reach agreements for better coexistence. It is concluded that the approaches of the thinker can contribute to gender studies, incorporating one of its main limits: power and its unequal distribution between men and women | en-US |
