| dc.description | The way in which the chilean society has elaborated femicide in the last years, by making up woman as victim and her body as victimized and able to victimize, becomes part, in an effective and effi cient way, of the socio-masculine device that organizes the diff erence about gender and sexual inequality. This core hypothesis is approached in this article from the perspective of gender performativity that Judith Butler proposes and, following her politics of parody idea, a literary chronicle that could be considered as a parody of femicide is analyzed, in order to demonstrate that the juridical road to face the femicide doesn't seem the most appropriate. | en-US |
| dc.description | La forma en que la sociedad chilena ha elaborado el femicidio en estos últimos años, al construir a "la mujer" como víctima y a su cuerpo como victimizado y victimizable, se hace parte, efectiva y eficientemente, del dispositivo socio-masculino que organiza la diferencia en desigualdad genérico-sexual. Esta hipótesis central se aborda en el artículo desde la perspectiva de la performatividad del género que propone Judith Butler y, siguiendo su idea de una política de la parodia, se analiza una crónica literaria que puede considerarse una parodia del femicidio. Ello con el propósito de demostrar que la vía juridicista para enfrentar el femicidio no parece la más apropiada. | es-ES |
