El artículo que presento a continuación es producto de reflexiones relacionadas con mi tesis de doctorado , enfocándome en el aborto en Chile. Doy a conocer el panorama latinoamericano en torno al aborto para posteriormente pasar a la perspectiva teórica desde la cual construyo el problema, presentando una sección sobre la biopolítica, gubernamentalidad y autonomía de las mujeres; finalmente, tomando lo anterior como telón de fondo, acudo al proyecto de la ley chilena de despenalización de la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo en tres causales, realizando un análisis del proceso que ha devenido en la reciente promulgación de la ley, con el objetivo de indagar sobre los discursos políticos que se instalan en el proyecto de ley, para analizar de qué modo se está concibiendo la autonomía, y la vida digna de las niñas y mujeres en estos contextos.The article that we present below is the product of reflections related to my PhD thesis , focusing on abortion in Chile. Based in the Chilean experience I present theLatin American panorama abouta bortion and then move onto the theoretical perspective from which I build the problem, presenting a section on women's biopolitics, governmentality and autonomy; finally, taking the above as a backdrop, I refer to the project of the Chilean law of decriminalization of the voluntary interruption of pregnancy in three causes, making an analysis of the process that has become in the recent enactment of the law, with the objective of investigating about the political discourses that are installed in the bill to analyze how autonomy is being conceived, and the dignity life of girls and women in these contexts.
