| dc.description | There is no general accepted sociology of management and the cognitive approach of sociology itself has difficulties to deal with volitive aspects of management. This paper presents an attempt to understand management as an evolutionary mechanism which integrates both cognitive and volitive aspects. The general idea of a Kenogramatik is introduced, which helps describing the void processed for management introducing an objective. Next section presents a model which describe management of Russian revolution of Lenin as an ¨strategy of access" (Philip Selznick). The Bolchevism transforms members of the Party into agents, who try to put themselves in different relevant organizations and they are supported in this process with, both an adequate "theory" and by a certain routine "praxis" of the revolution itself. | en-US |
| dc.description | No existe una sociología del management generalmente aceptada y al enfoque cognitivo de la sociología se le hace difícil lidiar con los aspectos volitivos del management. El siguiente artículo presenta un intento de entender al management como un mecanismo evolutivo que integra entre sí aspectos cognitivos y volitivos. Se introduce la idea general de una kenogramática, con cuya ayuda se puede describir el vacío que es procesado por el management que introduce un objetivo. Se presenta a continuación un modelo que describe el management de la revolución rusa de Lenin como una "estrategia de acceso" (Philip Selznick). El Bolchevismo transforma a los miembros del partido en agentes del mismo, los cuales intentan llenar puestos en diferentes organizaciones relevantes y en dicho proceso son apoyados, tanto por una "teoría" apropiada, así como por una determinada "praxis" rutinaria propia de la revolución. | es-ES |
