dc.description	This work encompasses the question of access to information, in relation to Chilean judge’s affiliations and interests. Three kinds of information needs are presented, which are also arguments to sustain the point that the information in question would be of public interest, and therefore be regulated in a specific way, thus becoming an obligation of active transparency. Furthermore, the current active regulation is explained, and its inconsistencies and problems are laid out. Finally, the work discusses the necessity of regulation in this area, be it legal or through the Supreme Court.	en-US
dc.description	El trabajo aborda la cuestión del acceso a la información sobre las relaciones e intereses de los jueces en Chile. Se plantean tres tipos de necesidades de información o fundamentos para sostener que la información en cuestión sería de interés público y que debiera ser regulada de forma específica, volviéndose objeto de una obligación de transparencia activa. Por otra parte, se expone la regulación vigente en la materia, se plantean sus insuficiencias y se discuten algunas objeciones que se han planteado para la difusión de algunos datos. Finalmente, el trabajo plantea la necesidad de una regulación que podría ser legal o por la vía de un autoacordado de la Corte Suprema.	es-ES
