El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad analizar la parte del Estatuto de Autonomía de Cataluña relativa al Poder Judicial. Para lograr este objetivo se analizarán los distintos preceptos que tratan este tema así como la jurisprudencia que exista sobre los mismos. Hay que tener en cuenta que el enjuiciamiento del Estatuto de Autonomía de Cataluña por parte del Tribunal Constitucional es considerado por muchos autores como el desencadenante de la actual situación que se vive con la Comunidad Autónoma. Todo ello implica que el análisis de esta parte de la norma estatutaria, que ha sido una de las que más polémicas ha suscitado, se convierte en algo realmente interesante hoy en día.This work has the objective of analysing of part of Statute of Autonomy of Catalonia relating to the Judicial Authority. To reach this objective will be analysed the different precepts and the jurisprudence that exist about them. It should be noted that the prosecution of Statute of Autonomy of Catalonia by the Constitutional Court Is considered by many such as trigger of the present situation in this Autonomous Community. All this implies that the analysis on this part of the Statute of Autonomy is a one thing really interesting today.
