| dc.description | El siguiente artículo se inscribe dentro de los estudios sobre medidas de excepción y suspensión temporal de derechos que han existido en el siglo XX chileno antecediendo el golpe militar de 1973. Estudiaremos las relaciones tanto en contenidos como objetivos que persiguen la ley de Sindicalización Campesina de 1947, y la de Defensa de la Democracia del año siguiente, ambas legislaciones promovidas por el Gobierno de Gabriel González Videla. Estimamos que ambas leyes forman parte de un mismo engranaje que busca, a través de la persecución del Partido Comunista, frenar el avance del movimiento de los trabajadores agrícolas y urbanos en un momento de dificultades políticas y económicas, enmarcado mundialmente en el comienzo del periodo denominado Guerra Fría. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The following article is part of the studies on emergency measures and temporary suspension of rights that have existed in the twentieth century predating the Chilean military coup of 1973. We will study the relationships both in content and objectives pursued by the law of 1947 Peasant Unionization, and the Defense of Democracy of the following year, both laws promoted by the government of Gabriel González Videla. We believe that both laws are part of the same gear looking through the persecution of the Communist Party, the movement to stop the advance of agricultural and urban workers at a time of political and economic difficulties, framed world in the early war period known cold. | en-US |
