| dc.description | El gremio metalúrgico en Argentina ha sido abordado historiográficamente, aunque por lo general el foco estuvo en su desempeño en la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Pero la historia de la organización de los obreros metalúrgicos es de larga data y conforma una experiencia vasta y compleja. Nuestro objetivo es estudiar este gremio entre 1916 y 1943, en Buenos Aires y sus alrededores, considerando las características del proceso de trabajo, su organización sindical, sus luchas y la dinámica interna. Asimismo, examinamos la intervención de las tendencias ideológicas del movimiento obrero (anarquistas, socialistas, sindicalistas y comunistas), procurando mensurar la influencia de cada una de ellas y conceptualizando sus prácticas políticas y organizativas. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The metallurgical union in Argentina has been addressed historiographically but usually the focus was on their performance in the second half of the twentieth century. But the history of the organization of metalworkers is longstanding and forms a rich and vast experience. That is why our goal is to focus the behavior of the union between 1916 and 1943 in Buenos Aires and its surroundings in many aspects: the characteristics of the work process, their union, their struggles and internal dynamics. Also we address the involvement of ideological tendencies of the labor movement (anarchists, socialists, sindicalistas and communists), trying to measure the influence of each and conceptualizing their policies and organizational practices. | en-US |
