| dc.description | Currently, significant and renewed attention to the issues inherent in relations between Latin America and the EEC is being observed in various European circles, and especially in the European Economic Community (EEC). In this paper, reference is made to the state of relations between Latin America and Europe at the 30th anniversary of the founding of the European Community. With this aim in mind, some salient aspects of the international economic situation are then considered, with special reference to the external debt, and it ends by briefly examining the latest developments and new forms of cooperation. | en-US |

En el presente trabajo se hace referencia al estado en que se encuentran las relaciones entre América Latina y Europa al cumplirse los 30 años de la fundación de la Comunidad Europea. Con este fin en mente se consideran luego algunos aspectos salientes de la situación económica internacional, con especial referencia a la deuda externa, y se finaliza examinando brevemente los últimos acontecimientos y las nuevas formas de cooperación. | es-ES |
