| dc.description | The purpose of this paper is to explain the concept of sphere in Axel Honneth’s theory of recognition and to analyze some of the problems that emerge when these spheres are treated as separated. What it is aimed to be proved is the existence, in an implicit way, of the supremacy of the “sphere of right” over the “sphere of love” and the “sphere of solidarity” in the author’s theory. This,because the sphere of right provides a universal criterion used not only in that area but in all of them. With the help of Habermas’ work on right, the necessary relationship between the spheres of recognition will be discussed in Honneth’s theory. For the line of argument, hypothetical case examples will be used. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo describe la noción de esfera en la teoría del reconocimiento de Axel Honneth y analiza algunos problemas que surgen al tratar éstas como esferas diferenciadas. El argumento que se intenta demostrar es que existe, de forma implícita, una primacía de la “esfera del derecho” por sobre la “esfera del amor” y la “esfera de la solidaridad” en la teoría de Honneth. Lo anterior, debido a que la esfera del derecho provee un criterio de carácter universal utilizable no sólo en dicha esfera sino en todas ellas. Con la ayuda de los trabajos de Habermas sobre el derecho, se argumentará la necesaria relación entre las esferas de reconocimiento en la teoría del autor. Como estrategia de argumentación, y con la finalidad de contrastar nuestros planteamientos, se utilizarán ejemplos de casos hipotéticos. | es-ES |
