dc.description	This article is focused on claiming the acknowledgement and regulation inthe Spanish civil trial of the so-called “tutela mandamental” (“mandate protection”),against what happens nowadays. This relies on the fact that the“mandate judgements and actions” form, no doubt, an excellent instrumentaimed at achieving a more effective civil trial, clearly observing the fundamentalright to the actual judicial protection.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo se centra en reclamar el reconocimiento y regulación enel proceso civil español, a diferencia de lo que acontece en la actualidad dela llamada “tutela mandamental”. Ello obedece a que las “acciones y sentenciasde mandamiento” constituyen, sin duda, un magnífico instrumentoen orden a conseguir, con claro respeto del derecho fundamental a la tutelajudicial efectiva, un proceso civil más eficaz	es-ES
