| dc.description | Este trabajo pretende evaluar el estado actual de la investigación científica sobre la in-fluencia que las prácticas del modelo Lean Management ejercen sobre los recursos humanos. Para ello, se ha procedido a realizar una revisión profunda de los trabajos publicados en revis-tas de impacto del área de operaciones, lo que ha permitido identificar un conjunto de líneas de investigación sobre el impacto que las prácticas Lean ejercen sobre los trabajadores. La iden-tificación de dichas líneas estimulará a los investigadores a profundizar en la investigación y a cubrir algunas de las lagunas detectadas. Igualmente, en el trabajo recogemos líneas de inves-tigación que pretendemos desarrollar sobre este tema en el ámbito de los países de América Latina.This paper aims to assess the current state of scientific research on the influence that the practices of Lean Management model exert on human resources. It has been proceeded to conduct a thorough review of published works in journals JCR of the operation management area which has let identify a set of lines of research into the impact that Lean practices exercise on workers. The identification of these lines will encourage researchers to deepen the investigation and cover some of the gaps. Alike, at this work we collect some of the lines we intend to develop on this topic in the context Latin America. | es-ES |
