| dc.description | En este trabajo, se aplicó la simulación de procesos a una planta elaboradora de té seco para analizar la variación de la productividad frente a distintos cambios en la línea de produc-ción. Para construir el modelo de simulación se utilizó el software Simul8, en el que se introduje-ron los datos obtenidos de las mediciones del proceso actual. Se plantearon tres escenarios para el proceso y se obtuvieron diferentes porcentajes de mejora respecto al sistema actual. Basándose en los resultados de este trabajo es posible prever en que etapa del proceso se deben invertir recursos para lograr un mayor rendimiento.In this work, modeling of production processes was applied to a dry tea factory to analyze the variation of productivity in the presence of different changes in the production line. In order to construct the simulation model Simul8 software was used, in which collected data from the measurements of the present process were introduced. Three different scenarios were presented for the same process and, as a consequence, different percentages for improvement were obtained with respect to the present system. Based on the results of this study, it is possible to predict in what stage of the process it is best to invest so that a greater yield can be obtained. | es-ES |
