| dc.description | Se efectúa la simulación del procesamiento de miel, en una planta de la región sur de la Provincia de Salta, Argentina, con el objetivo de minimizar los tiempos improductivos de los equipos y de mejorar la utilización de la mano de obra. Se analizan diversas instancias de complejidad creciente, partiendo de un conjunto de hipótesis generales para luego considerar aspectos que acerquen el modelo a la situación real, tales como el almacenamiento inicial para disminuir los tiempos de inactividad de los equipos, la incorporación de los recursos y finalmente la eliminación de almacenes artificiales y cambio de equipos que constituyen cuellos de botella. El análisis de los resultados en cada instancia permite el diseño de un sistema que mejore los parámetros de interés.The simulation of the processing of honey is realized in a plant of the South region of the Province of Salta, Argentina, with the objective to minimize the unproductive times of the equipment and to improve the use of the manual labor. Diverse instances of increasing complexity are analyzed, starting with a set of general hypotheses, soon to consider aspects that approach the model to the real situation, such as the initial storage to reduce the time of inactivity of the equipment, the incorporation of the resources and finally the elimination of artificial storages and change of equipment that constitute bottle necks. The analysis of the results in each instance allows designing a system that improves the parameters of interest. | es-ES |
