| dc.description | O presente estudo, por meio de uma abordagem teórica, tem o objetivo de discutir a importância do CI (Capital Intelectual) e da GC (Gestão do Conhecimento) nas organizações, bem como sua relação. Além de mostrar a ligação dos ativos intangíveis e os objetivos estratégicos, permitindo um entendimento acerca do tema. Assim, tem-se que a relação entre a CI e GC é de vital importância para uma organização e que o CI sendo utilizado e explorado corretamente, torna-se o recurso central para a competitividade sustentável e sucesso da organização. Por outro lado, a GC desempenha um papel fundamental no processo de desenvolvimento e exploração do CI. | es-ES |

In addition to showing the connection of intangible assets and strategic objectives, allowing an understanding on the subject. So has the relationship between IC (Intellectual Capital) and KM (Knowledge Management) is vitally important to an organization and that the IC being used and exploited correctly, becomes the central resource for sustainable competitiveness and success of the organization.
