Foram identificados na literatura os tipos de capacidades dinâmicas e realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas para identificar as rotinas associadas às capacidades dinâmicas existentes em uma empresa de grande porte. Foi identificado um conjunto de rotinas que ilustra a aplicação das capacidades dinâmicas dentro da empresa avaliada.pt-PT
dc.descriptionThe development of dynamic capabilities (DC) is relevant to innovate and improve the performance of the firm. This study evaluated the dynamic capabilities in a large company. The dynamic capabilities types were identified in the literature and the firm routines linked to DC in a large company were identified through semi-structured interviews. As a result, a group of routines linked to DC application in the firm was identified.en-US
