| dc.description | The work encompasses the analysis accumulation by dispossession in the south of Chile, from the study of Forestry and Wood Facility Panguipulli, and the establishment of military dictatorship, revealed in state terrorism and politicaleconomic disciplining of the territory. This allows us to confirm that a new regime of neoliberal exploitation was built, with the precarization of work and the productive destruction of the territories as its key.We are interested in focusing the analysis in the process of destruction of the production unit that included the Forestry and Wood Complex Panguipulli, starting from its privatization and economic control mechanisms of the territory, emphasizing the impact on the situation of the workers and the locals. We will expose, for this, the main actions of dictatorial structure to achieve the metamorphosis of the territory, and make possible the spread of rural villages, to provide a flexible workforce for productive activities of the central model. | en-US |
| dc.description | El trabajo aborda el análisis de la acumulación por desposesión en el sur de Chile, a partir del estudio del Complejo Forestal y Maderero Panguipulli, y de la instauración de la dictadura militar, manifestada en el terrorismo de Estado y el disciplinamiento político-económico del territorio. Lo anterior nos permite afirmar que se construye un nuevo régimen de explotación neoliberal, que tiene su clave en la precarización del trabajo y en la destrucción productiva de los territorios.Nos interesa centrar el análisis en el proceso de destrucción de la unidad productiva que comprendía el Complejo Forestal y Maderero Panguipulli, a partir de su privatización y de los mecanismos de control económico del territorio, con énfasis en el impacto en la situación de los trabajadores y los habitantes de la zona. Para ello expondremos las principales acciones del entramado dictatorial destinadas a lograr la metamorfosis del territorio, que posibilitaron el surgimiento de villorrios rurales con el fin de proveer de mano de obra flexible a las actividades productivas centrales del modelo. | es-ES |
