| dc.description | Este artículo indaga sobre una serie de movimientos de renovaciónde la historia que tratan de adaptarse a las perspectivas dela sociedad actual, en cuyos trabajos colaboran con frecuenciacientíficos de otros campos. Los rasgos que comparten estosmovimientos es la suposición de que una extensión del campode trabajo, pasando de los marcos nacionales cultivados tradicionalmentea ámbitos más globales en el espacio, y del momentopuntual a la larga duración, en cuanto se refiere al tiempo, es unacondición necesaria para que el estudio de la historia se puedaaplicar con mayor eficacia a los problemas que cuentan en elmundo actual. Según el autor, la complejidad que caracteriza losfenómenos sociales de nuestro tiempo exige que enriquezcamosel utillaje con que hacemos preguntas al pasado, pero nos obligatambién, atendiendo a que los hechos que estudiamos no puedendisociarse de las peculiaridades de la naturaleza humana, a utilizarcon mucha prudencia el instrumental analítico que se nos ofrecedesde fuera de nuestro campo, distinguiendo lo que es útil de loque puede llevarnos a una simplificación abusiva.Palabras clave: historia, corrientes de renovación, espacio global,larga duración. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This paper explores several movements of historical renovationwhich try to adapt to the perspectives of today’s society and inwhich scientists from other fields make frequent contributions.One of the features that these movements have in common isthe assumption that an extension of the field of work, from thenational frameworks cultivated traditionally to more global fields interms of space, and from short to longer periods in terms of time,is a necessary condition so that the study of history can be appliedmore effectively to the problems of today’s world. According tothe author, the complexity that characterizes the social phenomenaof our times requires us to enrich the tools with which we askquestions to the past, but since the facts that we study cannotbe dissociated from the peculiarities of human nature, it also forcesus to use the analytical tools from outside our field very cautiously,distinguishing what is useful from what might lead us toover-simplification.Keywords: history, renovation movements, global space, longlasting. | en-US |
