| dc.description | La evolución del derecho y la comunidad internacionales produjeron profundas transformaciones en sus reglas. Entre estas modificaciones se destaca el que ya no es sólo un derecho destinado a regir las relaciones entre los Estados, sino fundamentalmente a regir las relaciones al interior de los mismos. De esta manera, el derecho internacional ha tenido un profundo impacto en los sistemas jurídicos internos. Este trabajo analiza el impacto desde las fuentes de producción normativa.
