| dc.description | The international criminal justice has experienced a rapid change over the past years. This circumstance has underscored the need for interaction and complementation between international and domestic law. Some authors consider that the international criminal justice, and the activities of its tribunals, jeopardize the legality of international law. Our vision is that international criminal justice is a central pillar of the rule of law, at the national and the international levels. Far from undermining the legality of international law, international criminal justice paves the way towards a true international public order. | en-US |

Esta circunstancia ha hecho patente la necesidad de interacción y complementación entre el derecho internacional y el interno. Algunos autores sostienen que la justicia internacional penal, y la actuación de sus órganos jurisdiccionales, ponen en peligro la juridicidad del derecho internacional. Nuestra visión es que la justicia internacional penal es un pilar del Estado de Derecho, tanto en el plano nacional como en el internacional. Lejos de afectar la juridicidad del derecho internacional, la justicia internacional penal cimenta el camino hacia un verdadero orden público internacional. | es-ES |
