| dc.description | This work examines the decodification phenomenon in light of the rules of tort law contained in the Chilean Civil Code, given the proliferation of tort norms contained in special statutes, contrasting the latter with the principles contained in the Civil Code. The aim is to determine whether it is possible to conclude that decodification has occurred in this regard, and if the latter question is answered in the affirmative, the work addresses what the general rule would be today, on matters related to the factors for attribution of liability. | en-US |
