| dc.description | We were invited to participate in the VII Labor Law Conference held in Puerto Montt, Republic of Chile, on December 2 and 3, 2016, to talk about Law 20,940 that modernizes the labor relations system in that country, organized by the Universidad San Sebastián, the Regional Association of Magistrates of Los Lagos and the Judicial Assistance Corporation of Los Lagos.We integrate the international block of exhibitors. On that occasion we considered it appropriate to make a broad descriptive reference about the union model and collective bargaining in the Argentine Republic in order to contrast it with the local one. | dc.description | Fuimos invitados a participar de las VII Jornadas de Derecho del Trabajo celebradas en Puerto Montt, República de Chile, el 2 y 3 de diciembre de 2016, sobre la ley 20.940 que moderniza el sistema de relaciones laborales en ese país, organizadas por la Universidad San Sebastián, la Asociación Regional de Magistrados de Los Lagos y la Corporación de Asistencia Judicial de Los Lagos. Integramos el bloque internacional de expositores. En esa ocasión consideramos adecuado realizar una amplia referencia descriptiva acerca del modelo sindical y la negociación colectiva en la República Argentina a fin de contraponerlo con el local. El presente trabajo es la actualización de dicha ponencia con dichos márgenes. | es-ES |
